This is a superb product in my opinion. Resveratrol is a plant compound and an antioxidant, primarily found in grapes, berries, and red wine. The benefits I value most are its cholesterol-lowering and blood pressure-reducing properties. I do not attribute my good health solely to this product, but my cholesterol levels have improved, and I do not suffer from high blood pressure. I maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly. It is notably expensive, so I wait for sales from iHerb or seek alternatives.
